2.2. You declare to us and to all suppliers of goods through our website that all orders you place through our website will be made within your power to enter into a contract.
2.3. In consideration of your use of our Service, you agree to:
2.3.1. Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when filling out the registration form; and
2.3.2. Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains true, accurate, current, and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your registration.
3. Ordering
3.1. We are responsible for managing the website, arranging the order processing, and, where applicable, completing the provision of the goods you order from suppliers through our website.
3.2. When you place an order, you are purchasing the goods from the supplier at the specified price for the goods. Once submitted, you may not cancel the order, even if we have not yet accepted or rejected your order.
3.3. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. This confirmation email will provide:
3.3.1. The details of your order,
3.3.2. Details of the price charged,
3.3.3. Your order tracking information, and
3.3.4. Estimated dispatch and delivery information.
This communication constitutes our acceptance of your order on behalf of the supplier. You can track the status of your order online.
3.4. Our acceptance of your order will only cover the goods specified in that confirmation and may not cover all the goods you ordered. If this is the case, your order for the remaining goods of your order will only be accepted when we issue a further acceptance confirmation for that part of the order.
3.5. The availability of Goods is displayed online and will be updated regularly by suppliers. However, this should not be relied upon as a definitive statement that the goods you intend to purchase are indeed in stock.
3.6. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not accept or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:
3.6.1. Insufficient stock of the goods you ordered;
3.6.2. Inability to arrange delivery to your region; or
3.6.3. An error in the price marked for one or more goods you ordered due to human or computer error or incorrect pricing information provided by the supplier.
3.7. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will credit any amount deducted from your credit card for your order to your account as soon as possible but in any event within thirty (30) days from your order. You accept that we shall not be liable to you for any dissatisfaction.
4. Warranties
4.1. You declare, warrant, and undertake that you will not:

You also agree that advertisers are solely responsible for the content of advertisements shown on our website. 6.2.5. The User Content does not include any material that may be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, harmful to any person's safety, intended to harass any person, or unsuitable for display on the website; and
6.2.6. Upon our request, you will provide us with written copies of any consents, permissions, and licenses you are required to obtain.
