1997
Founders Mr. Chan Kin Wah and Ms. Cheng Man Yu established Naturalia Cosmetics Limited, introducing international-grade medical skincare products and technologies to Hong Kong, with the headquarter set up in the city.
Secured the exclusive distributorship for Southeast Asia for the century-old Italian medical skincare brand Bicelle, and was appointed as the Asia-Pacific regional representative.
1998
Began providing professional technical training and consultancy services to partners.
Bicelle products gained widespread acclaim and popularity, with over 200 beauty salons in Hong Kong joining as affiliates.
1999
Entered the Mainland China market, establishing the first company in Guangzhou.
2004
Became the Southeast Asia general distributor for French skincare brand Lumière, and was appointed as the Asia-Pacific regional representative.
Founded the "Naturalia Club" to foster closer ties with affiliated salons.
2005
Became the Southeast Asia general distributor for TSEM S.p.A., and was appointed as the Asia-Pacific regional representative.
2006
Launched "Naturalia Insights," a professional publication for the aesthetics industry.
2009
Established the Lumière International Aesthetics Institute, committed to providing the highest quality professional aesthetics training in Hong Kong and Greater China, enhancing practitioners' knowledge and supplying outstanding talent to the industry.
2011
Became the Southeast Asia general distributor for professional medical aesthetic equipment from the Italian Espansione Group, and was appointed as the Asia-Pacific regional representative.
2012
Further expanded in Mainland China, opening a second company in Hangzhou.
Introduced the most advanced medical aesthetic equipment, with affiliated beauty salons in Hong Kong exceeding 500.
2013
Entered the Indonesian market, establishing the first company there.
2014
Became the Southeast Asia general distributor for bionic technology products from the Italian Espansione Group, and was appointed as the Asia-Pacific regional representative.
To accommodate rapid business development, Naturalia Cosmetics Limited was officially renamed Naturalia Group Holdings Limited.
Established the first training facility of the Healthy Skin Management Association in Guangzhou.
Further expanded in Mainland China, opening a fourth company in Sichuan.
2015
The "Naturalia Club" was officially renamed the "Naturalia Elite Club," rewarding supporters with selected gifts to thank members for their years of support and referrals.
2017
Introduced the natural organic dietary health brand Stemtonic.
2018
Introduced the prestigious UK aromatherapy brand Shirley Price, renowned as one of the world's top three aromatic brands, and new series from Absonature (meaning Absolute Nature), a brand from the pristine lands of New Zealand.
