Usage Instructions:

1. Spray（Hydration Boost）：

Reapply when the skin feels dry after absorption. Repeat spraying 10 times to rapidly increase skin moisture. Afterwards, spray every 3 hours to maintain hydration.

2. Oral Consumption：

Suitable for everyone. For general use, add 1 bottle cap to 1000 ml of water. For individuals with poor sleep quality, add 6 bottle caps to 1000 ml of water. Consume within one day.

3. Face Mask Application:

Soak a mask sheet thoroughly and apply to the face for 15–20 minutes.
